This is a 1-hour appointment designed to assess and develop a plan to meet personal goals, and to help treat and heal. This is an individual approach and is the first step to choosing additional programs or courses in the future.

THRIVE Ongoing Coaching

We work in 6 and 12 month programs in order to dive deep on specific needs. This time frame allows us to make significant changes to impact health and also retest to assess the changes.

Our Founder

Rachel Hicks, founder of a thriving women’s health and wellness platform, is a visionary dedicated to promoting science backed nutrition care through natural modalities. With a passion for empowering women, Rachel has cultivated a community that prioritizes self-care and inner balance. Her approachable nature and deep understanding of women’s health concerns have made her a trusted source of guidance and inspiration.

With over fifteen years of experience in the health and wellness field, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise to the table. From developing wellness programs for Maine based hospitals and the renowned LL Bean, to leading and directing health initiatives at the Greater Richmond YMCA. Rachel’s journey has been rich and diverse. Her clinical interests has sent her to study malnutrition in Ghana, Africa, as well as nutrition sustainability throughout India, Nepal, and Tibet. Her passion to influence life long health is the foundation of how she educates and practices daily. As a seasoned Yoga Instructor for nearly two decades, she’s also dedicated to empowering individuals to enhance their mental well-being and lead healthier lives.

Rachel’s transition from community wellness to the realm of clinical nutrition is due to a deep desire to offer women a place to voice their health concerns and get the care they need to impact their health long term . Her passion lies in women’s health, hormone balance, disordered eating, and the management of gut and inflammatory diseases through Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). Rachel strives to educate and uplift individuals on their path to optimal health. With a focus on natural approaches and functional health methods. Rachel is committed to guiding women toward holistic wellness and a vibrant life.
